Funny thing happened today! Well, in the life of Mason we have many adventures and our life is full of laughter! So.....today he decided to feed himself. I have mason some yummy cinnamon bread that a friend made us and he absolutely loves it. So much in fact that while I was in my room changing he decided to grab the rest off the table and help himself! I just had to get a photo take of this memorable moment! He is going to wish that I didn't obsess over him so much!
On a side note today was just not going my way! I was getting really depressed because our brand new car was acting up and not working. This is why we bought a new car so I would not have problems like this! Blah! anyway, among other stressful things going on I was feeling a lot of self pity.....then I remember a conference talk about how we need to realize the hand of god in our lives....so I stopped. I have so many wonderful blessings in my life and this is such a minor event! I mean I have my family and our health and everything else! What more could I ask for? But I did decide that I needed a little self pity moment and then I moved on with a better attitude! Like my mom says, I did way more than you and I had 6 kids...so here is to you mom.

I hope tomorrow goes better for you... I am glad you posted that little message because I think it helps us all stop and remember our many blessings.
As for the Halloween costume, I got my bat wings at Party City, as well as the purple tights. I just wore a black shirt and some black burmuda (sp?) shorts. I also got really creative with my purple glitter eye make-up!

Hey! I am not good at commenting on these things, but I just wanted to say hi! And- yes, it was kinda crazy with all those kids, but really fun at the same time. We went with the Layton's, the Melser's, and the Thomason's. (don't know if you remember all of them or not?) Anywayz,what are you going to be for Halloween? :)
what is Mason going to be? It is devon's fav holiday, but he will be missing it this year, because he got a new job and he starts on Monday, and it is 4 hours away. WMy house is going to be even more crazy from now on I am sure!
