Senior Gala

Thanks to a few people...the Sproul's and the Broderdorfs we were able to go to the Senior Gala. It was a really fun night to get dressed up and have a fancy dinner and we danced the night away. We had a nice time chatting with friends and enjoying yummy food and LONG award ceremony. BUT....Jared won two awards. I was so proud of him. He won the award for outstanding removable prosthodontics(dentures) AND best overall student team member. The second one might not sound that great but I feel like it was the biggest achievement of the night. That award was only given to four students out of the class of 80. It was awarded to the student that showed outstanding clinical and academic achievement. Jared is going to hate me for going on about his awards but....I am so proud of him. He had a lot of really good students in his team...including the only student to EVER graduate with a 4.0 GPA. Jared worked hard in the clinic and on his academics. I often begged him to slack a little so we could have more fun but he was dedicated in learning all that he could learn. I appreciate that and I know future patients will as well.
